SUMMARY of the main provisions of the Trad- ing with Enemy Ordinances, 1914 to 1916, and of the Claims against Enemies Ordinance, 1918, so far as they relate to the furnishing of Returns and the making of payments to the Custodian. (Ordinances Nos. 22 and 28 of 1915, 8 of 1916 and 5 of 1918).

It has been considered desirable to set forth in pamphlet form as briefly as possible the provisions of the Trading with the Enemy Ordinances and the Claims against Enemies Ordinance, 1918, in so far as they lay down the duties and obligations of persons resident in this Colony in respect of enemy property, and in respect of claims against

enemies.
